Rome

TO VOTE OR NOT TO VOTE THAT IS THE QUESTION

Rome was captured by a Etruscan conqueror. This king ruled Rome for more than 200 years. This ruling Rome stopped when the public overthrew their king and started a Republic. This meant that the citizens of Rome could vote. Unlike to day the difference between the non-citizen and citizen was that the citizens wore a toga which no one else was allowed to wear.
